Referral Program Policy

Referral Bonus Eligibility Criteria

• Make sure your candidate applies for one of our eligible positions on our website.
• The referral must represent the candidate’s first contact with Straton Industries. Temporary, summer, contract and former employees of Straton Industries are NOT ELIGIBLE candidates regarding referral awards.
• The first person (by date issued) to refer a candidate will be the only referring person eligible for payment.
• The hiring of a referred candidate must occur within 180 days (six months) of the initial referral date.
• All referred candidates must meet the minimum qualifications for the position in order for the referral to be accepted.

Referral Bonus Payment

A referral bonus will be paid to any person who refers an applicant who is selected and successfully employed in a position. Payment of the Referral Bonus will be made within 30 days after the referred candidate has completed 120 days of employment.

Individuals will receive a check in the amount of $2500 along with a 1099 form, making you responsible for your own taxes.

Candidate Selection

All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with Straton’s policies and procedures. All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential. Any disputes or interpretations of this referral program will be handled through Straton’s HR Department.
