Stratford, CT — Straton Industries announces the purchase of a 3DP Unlimited Model 3DP1000 large format printer with a useable area of 1 m x 1 m x 0.5 m (39″ x 39″ x 19″) – the print volume is 74x greater than the average desktop 3D printer. The 3DP1000 printer is capable of printing materials which are created for Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF), including but not limited to PLA (Polylactic Acid), ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), Nylon, Ninja Flex, PVA (Polyvinyl Alcohol) and HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene).
Straton Industries can now offer customers ideal solutions for a wide range of applications in industrial design, rapid prototyping, product development, automotive design, building and naval architecture, custom props, sculptures, stage sets, artistic development, and more. Print multiple production parts can be printed at one time. Design and test 1-to-1 scale prototypes and models before mass production of engineered parts.
