Straton Embarking on Their “Lean” Journey
Straton Industries’ leaders have begun a customized 15-week Lean Training Certification Program that will provide intensive exposure to the principles and practices needed to develop a Lean culture throughout the company. Leaders will be using the Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools throughout the process on company specific projects.
CONNSTEP, one of Connecticut’s premier business consulting firms, will be facilitating the program.
