We are currently seeking a Senior Quality Control Inspector who thrives on precision and excellence. In this role, you’ll perform critical inspections, mentor others, and ensure the highest standards of quality across all stages of production.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-level programming and operation of CMM with PC-DMIS software (Required).
- Process and manage deviations for both customer and internal projects.
- Mentor and train junior inspectors to build a strong and capable QC Team.
- Perform complex inspections using both manual gages and advanced programmable equipment to verify conformance with specifications.
- Document inspection results with accuracy and clarity, using both forms and software systems.
- Follow and ensure adherence to procedures, work instructions, standards, and customer-specific requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 7-10 years of Quality Control experience in precision machining
- Expertise in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Aerospace industry experience a plus.
- Proficiency with tools such as comparators, microhites, micrometers, calipers, and indicators.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with quality standards such as AS9100.
