The Straton Process
RFQ & Quote
We engage with our customers to thoroughly understand their requirements before preparing a comprehensive quote tailored to the RFQ specifications, which we then send to the customer for approval.
Process Planning
Once the purchase order is received, the process planning stage begins. Our team determines the most efficient and optimal approach to completing your project.
Engineering
Our engineering team takes the process plan, then expertly builds the technical and machining requirements, and manages all external process vendors.
Production
Our experienced team will ensure that the manufacturing process runs smoothly, and that the final product meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations.

Our Story
Founded in 1961, Straton Industries is a privately held Connecticut-based company. Built on the principles of hard work and dedication, our founders established the groundwork for what would evolve into a cutting-edge, high-tech manufacturing enterprise.
Over the years, we expanded our operations, investing in state-of-the-art facilities and assembling a team of over 100 (and growing) talented individuals, each bringing their unique skills and expertise to the table.
