We are a precision machining company serving the aircraft, semi-conductor and industrial markets and we are looking for a Part-Time Contract Recruiter/Talent Sourcer. This position is responsible for identifying and recruiting candidates with highly technical and specialized skills to fill current and future vacancies. Recruiter/Talent Sourcer needs to be able to use various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.  This position requires approximately 20-25 hours per week (as needed).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Github, Facebook,, any other appropriate sites)
  • Crafting and sending recruiting emails
  • Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
  • Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Communicating with HR for the available positions and their requirements
  • Maintaining social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates
  • Asking for referrals from current employees and external networks
  • Promoting our Company online and offline
  • Developing a database for current and future hires
  • Communicating with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a recruiter, technical sourcer, recruitment agent
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  • Effective time-management and organizational skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office
